Resolved Combine Easyprofile with ConvertForms

Hi

I want to combine an Easyprofile Profile with a specific Form from Convertforms.
The idea is that an interested party can contact the user directly via the Convert Forms form. Is this possible with the Easy Profile Content Plugin? How can I put the Easy Profile email address as the addressee in the Convert Forms form?

Is this possible? And how?
