I am a pro member of Easy profile pro , I have seen this in my joomla

Easy Profile Pro 1.3.11
Available 1.3.18

Which is the correct procedure to update to .18 without losing my current easy profile settings ?

you can simply install new version from Joomla Extension manager. it automatically updates ;)
