Hi Team,

When registered users try to enter the site using Facebook or Google, they are denied entry with an error message "Id not found".
I have been facing this issues for over a month but usually gets resolved on the second or third try, But yesterday a user faced the issue for 3 full hours and multiple tries. But the issue vanished after I used the Joomla Admin module to "Login as user"
I might be losing out on returning visitors to my site owing to the issue. Please do the needful asap.

Hi,
we are still investigating, anyway today I have tried many times with Facebook and Google from mobile and desktop devices but no issue found.

Have you some other information to help me to replicate this issue? for example which browser your customer use?
