Resolved Profile not saved

After swiching to PHP8 user profiles will not save. After editing or creating and pressing save, a blank screen is shown, and the profile is not saved.
Profile updates can only be saved after downgrading to PHP7.4.
As 7.4 soon will not be available, this is urgent.

This problem has been reported a week ago as Cannot save profile after PHP8 without and response.
