Resolved Two Step Verification – Hide Tabs

I've turned off the plugins and only on Edit Profile does this show up in Tabs. How can it be hidden during Edit Profile?

Hi,
sorry for late reply, we have lost this question :(

The two Step verification is a Joomla feature, you can disable it from Extensions->Plugins:
- Go to Extensions->Plugins
- Filter by type to "twofactorauth" (see screenshot)
- Disable all filtered plugins (see screenshot)

Hi,
also.....it's possible that this tab comes from another components/plugin for example like Akeeba. Akeeba have a product called "LoginGuard" that enable Two Step Verification.
To remove it you can disable the plugin called "User - Akeeba LoginGuard protection" or ask support to Akeeba Team.

NOTE: Akeeba Loginguard is the most popular thirdy party extensions that do this but it's possible that this tab comes from some other component. Easy Profile extends Joomla User management (not replace it) so the registration and edit profile pages are the same of Joomla (so all users plugins will works).
