Resolved About SQL Custom Where, I can not select users form what I want, why ?

hello

I have checkbox fields for users to choose their own industry, just like "Injection Molding Machine", "Plastic Blow Molding Machine", "Plastic Extrusion Machinery", and so on...(all industry in Chinese word), please see the screenshot1.png.

and I build a set of menu with each industry menu items to navigate to the Users List (Table) related to the industry, please see the screenshot2.png.

if I want to list the users in industry "Injection Molding Machine", I set the SQL Custom Where in menu item, please see the screenshot3.png.

but why can not select what I want ? there is no result. screenshot4.png

would you help me to solve this problem, because it is a very important requirement from my client.

Hi,
maybe some charset problem, SQL Custom Where is sent directly to database query. Try to launch query like this with some tools like phpmyadmin to test:


SELECT * FROM yourprefix_jsn_users WHERE industry LIKE '%"YOURTEXT"%';


Anyway we recommend to use value in with a global format, for example:
injection_moldin_machine|HERE YOUR STRING
plastic_blow_moldin_machine|HERE YOUR STRING
plastic_extrusion|HERE YOUR STRING
....
