Resolved Activation Failed

I just registered for this website, and I got the email with the activation like. When I clicked the activation link, I got a message saying that "Activation failed". I was hoping to explore Easy Profile, but the download button is deactivated, probably because my account did not properly activate. I tried the activation link a few more times in different browsers, but with the same result.

sometimes our subscription software get some problem.
I have checked your account and seems all right, so try to logout and login to download free version;)

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the free download version still has an inactive button that says, "Activate".

Hi,
sorry but I have tried to login with your account and download area works. try to clean your cache browser, logout and login again.
