How do we add/change user groups based on a selection? For example, if user selects "Athlete" on registration, they are added to the Athlete User Group.

Hi,
for each field you can set conditions to add/remove user from a usergroup.

For example if I have a field called "Gender" with these options:
female|Female

male|Male
then I can set conditions like:
- If equal to custom value "male" then add to usergroup "Male group"
- If equal to custom value "female" then add to usergroup "Female group"
