The Export tab for searching and displaying lists / tables of users is greyed out and not available.
The same is true for Ajax features.

I have a current updated version of Easy Profile installed 2.1.2. All the plugins are ver 1.0.0.
I am guessing the problem is the plugins are not being updated even when I download the update from EasyProfile's websiste.

Can you help resolve this problem?
Thanks!

Thanks, explains it. Just upgraded to pro.
I'd recommend you list more of the feature differences between the basic and pro versions in the main page. I'd been under the impression the social integration was the only difference.
Appreciate your quick response.
Best regards

Hope it helps you grow your business and sell more Pro versions.
I did note that Firefox does not like the export function, it gives the error message shown in the attachment.
The export worked fine in Chrome. Might be something to look into given the popularity of FF.
Thanks, easy solution and quick to implement. Good job!

Hi,
please try now, I have tested and seems to works.

I have added following code at the end of file /components/com_jsn/views/list/tmpl/export.php

JFactory::getApplication()->close();

if this works also for you then we will add this patch in next release ;)
