Is there a way to create an autocomplete text filed in Easy Profile ?

Looks like I can use HTML Delimiter (to show autocomplete) and a hidden field to store in DB. Is there any other option ?

No sorry, Easy Profile can't do this, but there are many way to do this. You can simply use a text and write javascript code to do this in your template javascript file.
