this error is very strange, seems that you have alias of field "Date d'activation" like name instead something like "date_d_activation".
Can you please check in the fieldlist (Components->Easy Profile) the alias of this field?
Have you latest version of Easy Profile?
If you disable field "Date d'activation" it works?
Can you please post me your site details to check your configuration?
