I cant install Easy Profile Pro I keep getting an error message see attached image.

can you help me

ok,
try this:
- uninstall Easy Profile and all our plugins (here docs https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/23-installation-uninstall-component.html)
- Delete tables #__jsn_users, #__jsn_fields (to do this you can use a Mysql Client like PhpMyAdmin)
- Install our package

Hi,
this problem happens because you have installed on this site previous version of Easy Profile (with old table schema).

You have uninstalled this version and try to install new version, Joomla assume this as new install and not update the tables.

So, try this:
- Install old free version (attached to this post)
- update with latest version

If this not work please post me your site details, you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab, We will install for you.

Have tried your suggestion 1 error message remains see text.

Duplicate column name 'edit' SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_jsn_fields` ADD `edit` tinyint(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';
