Resolved Can't upload avatar from frontend editor

I am having trouble uploading avatar images on the front end. When I edit my account information on the front end of my site and select an image to upload, then click submit, my original image gets deleted and the new one does not save even though I get a saved message. I can save an image to an account by going into the back end of the website and editing a user account.

Hi and sorry for late reply,
we have 2 different approaches:
1) You can try to use another upload methods like Drag & Drop upload (Go to Components->Easy Profile->Choose "Avatar"->Options Image fields)
2) We need to investigate about this, but this require to have an access. If you are available then you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab
