Just a thought, it would be useful if yo can provide the country code automatically assigned to phone field based upon the country selection field.

Sorry, we use a Joomla phone field, and this not provides this feature. Still, we not have a country field, we only have Google Maps, this field store only address text,latitude and longitude (no country).

and also if you can give flexibility to change the order of fields

You can change the order of fields with Drag and Drop on Easy Profile field list (like Joomla article)
