Hi,
Can we send registration code in SMS to users mobile during registration, user would need to enter that code in registration form to complete the registration ?

Easy Profile extends Joomla user registration (not replace), so the registration process is the same of Joomla.

You can use (or develop) some user plugin to do this. But we not have experience with this and we can not help you :(
