Resolved Cannot connect with my account

Hi. I cannot connect to the website because it says my account has been blocked. But I bought this extension and I need to redownload it, and post an error I have when trying to use the user list function. As soon as I click on a user, I've got a 1146 error (blank page). Thanks in advance :)
