Resolved Cannot update from 2.9.0 to 2.10.0

Hey guys,

while trying to update to v2.10.0 I get the following error message:
Failed to extract file: update.php

The folder permissions are set correctly (everything except the configuration.php file is writable).

Is there a fix for that?
