Resolved Change field type

Hi there,
When building the website I made a User field with the type "Select". Now the website is online and users have completed their profiles, I think it is better to show the fields as "Checkbox fields". Is it possible to change this? I see in the back-end interface, that the "Field Type" has been greyed out, so I cannot do it the easy way, but is it possible to do it in a different way? e.g. make a new field with the Field Type "Checkbox" and then transfer the info to that field in the database?

Hi,
sorry this is not possible.
You can try to change type from DB in table #__jsn_fields but you can have unexpected behavior, so try to check if all works with your account.
