Resolved Checkbox error on submit

I use Checkbox make a form for register but submit process error.
When i unpublished Checkbox in form is submit process success.

Hi,
to check this we need to see configuration of your checkbox field. Can you please provide me your site details? you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

Alternatively: please check that options of checkbox list have correct syntax, therefore something like:
value1|title1

value2|title2


we recommend to use as value UTF8 chars to avoid problems with encoding

because i need to contain text in this field and import text from other database.

Hi,
not in generally, keep in mind that value is used into HTML attribute, javascript strings,db value and PHP functions; instead text is only a for display purpose.

So it is highly recommended to use a value that is globally compatible with all alphabets, browsers, and servers.

about your error: sorry but i can't check because I get 403 (forbitten error), have you some security tools?

I have tried to submit a form and I get always error 403 (forbidden). But this error not come from Joomla.

Hi,
maybe I found the problem (due to Joomla 3.7.3).

Try to replace file at /administrator/components/com_jsn/models/fields/checkboxlist.php with attached file (unzip first).

If works we will add this in the next release.

So about Checkbox Title and Value.
Can i use Title and Value be the same like Radio Field because i need to import data to this field more than 20,000 records.
It's hard to change each recode.

Please advice Thank you.

You can try to make some test to check if it works. We not have a big experience with your type of alphabet :(
