Resolved condition problem

Sorry i am stupid :-D

I have two custom fields. One is radio field (called "Kontoart";) with 3 options. Next one is text field called "Praxisname".

I want to show "Praxisname" in registration only if "Tierarzt" from radio field is checked.

I tryed conditions but i didnt get a result

In the "Compare With" parameter you need to select "Custom Value", now you compare value of field Kontoart with field Kontoart.
