Resolved Didn't work. Would like refund.

I purchased your product today and then tried installing it. It didn't work. A red, empty error box came up. Perhaps I could have dug deeper and found out that you don't really support modern versions of joomla, but since I didn't see any mention of version limitations, I just went for it. I regret buying your product and would like a refund.
