But how can i manage the numbers of fields of different usergroups?

I have two usergroups:

1) Families
They have to register with following fields
-name
-email
-tel
-district
-number of rooms

2) Househelper
They don't have to register. I create the profiles for them with following fields
-name
-age
-avatar-picture
-district
-availability

My problem is: That "families" have to fill in at registration a avatar, the age, availability too. And i don't want that.
