Easy Profile does not seems to do something like this natively, anyway, I did not understand well you question .....maybe there is a simple way to make this.

there are many ways to make this...but all these ways are not related to Easy Profile.

we recommend you to build a user plugin, you can use Joomla event like "onUserAfterLogin" to add your redirect based on user (https://docs.joomla.org/Plugin/Events/User#onUserAfterLogin)
