Resolved Easy Profile - Slow or unresponsive Facebook social login

Hi, randomically I cannot login on my site.
When I click on facebook Login, it opens the popup but hungs up for several seconds, and sometimes the social login fails (the page reloads with no login or the popup shows NO DATA RECEIVED error.
I have last version 1.3.5 PRO (already unistalled the old but nothing, tryied on a new server but same problem)

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend for us.

I think this is a problem of your server, this error happen when your server try to request to facebook user data with PHP Curl Library.

Can you check please the PHP error log when you have "NO DATA RECEIVED" error?

anyway my PHP error log is empty, I don't understand where is the problem.
I already tryied with another server with a different OS but same issue...
