Hi,

I bought the EasyProfile Pro, but I do not understand anything of it...
I do not know how to add a registration page for our new member, I do not know how to add fields, etc.
This isn't easy to use...

Can someone help me?

Thanks!

Hi,
I do not know how to add a registration page
This is simply, Easy Profile extends Joomla user management(not replace), so registration/edit profile pages are the same of Joomla.

I do not know how to add fields
Easy Profile is a Joomla component, so you can find it in Administration->Components->Easy Profile. You will see a list of default fields and buttons to create groups/fields like Joomla Articles.

This isn't easy to use
I'm sorry but I do not agree, Easy Profile has an interface as all the default components of Joomla.

You did not answer my question. I didn't ask for an explanation how easy your program is. I asked how I can use it, how I can assign these plugins... Thanks.

Hi,

I asked how I can use it, how I can assign these plugins

Sorry but I not understand,
this is a profiler component that extends Joomla user management, so you can create custom fields and these fields are shown on Joomla registration/edit profile form.

You told me "I do not know how to add a registration page", the registration form is the same of Joomla, so, you can create a menu item for registration (with usual way) or from a link from standard login module.

still, the question "I do not know how to add fields", you can access to Easy Profile backend as all Joomla components. You will shown a field list and button to add fields (see screenshot). This is the same interface of Joomla articles.

I have the impression that you really know what you've bought. you asked me a refund, but, know what you are buying is a duty and right by the consumer, so why you have not tried the free version or contacted our forum to request a demo or more infos (Presales Questions) before buying?
