Is there a feature to inform the admin (via email) about changes in userprofiles?

sorry for late reply, these is not a feature like this. Anyway this is possible with a simple plugin, you can find it at https://www.easy-profile.com/support/admin-notification-on-user-update.html#reply-16788 ;)
