Resolved Error 500 joomla 3.6.5

Hi,
I updated joomla to 3.6.5 after that I had issue with site registration. I use membership pro in my site, I try to sign up from one free plan and see http error 500,
then I try to register a user from joomla registration page. user registered. when I try to activate user from joomla back end user manager there is error 500 happened.

I see this error in apache logfor first try:

and this one for second try:

Pls do these steps:
1- go to onlinehekim.az
2-in top right corner u will see a menu, under email address " Həkim qeydiyyatı" click on this.
3- now u can see membership pro plan
4- click on sign up and fill new user form and click process subscription.
u will see white page

Hi,
I have tried these bahaviors on your site:
Register account from frontend - Works
Register account from backend - Works
Add/Remove Block from backend - Works
Activate user from backend - Works

I think you have sent me wrong credentials, errors in the first topic was on domain medarena.ir and not on domain xxxxxx.az
