It's possible translate this. But we not provide translations.

You can translate Easy Profile as a normal Joomla component, so the language files are located into
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jsn.ini (frontend)
/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jsn.ini (backend)
