Hello,
If i activate the option fot the text field into read only of read only in edit profile. The field value is not saved when somebody registrate on the website. How can i solved this problem. It's very important that the textfield on registration is set to read only.

You have found a Bug, we will fix this in next release (maybe on monday). To fix immediately follow these steps:
- Download attached file (from this reply)
- Extract file
- Go into this folder /administrator/com_jsn/helpers/fields/
- replace file text.php
