Is it Kunena ? EasyDiscuss or is it Easy-profile groups?

- Any insight on why the specific extension was chosen?

Hi,
at first we just wanted a popular forum to handle support. For security and support reasons, we preferred a paid solution.

NOTE: our plugin did not exist and in any case it does not have all the EasyDiscuss features about something like support or tickets
