Resolved Group field write/view rights

How can i achieve the following:

we have defined several groups with underlying fields

now we would like to define write/view access via joomla access rights to the groups and therefore for the underlying fields as well

trying to setup a club , where the management has several fields groups associated to the member with write/view of the fields, fields should not be visible to member

sorry but I did not understand :( , can you explain better?

Some Tip:
for each field or group you can set the availability and/or visibility of a field based on Access Level.
