Hello,

Is it possible to hide the admin in the list that you can call with the list-view behind a menu-item?

Yes,
You can use the SQL custom where, see docs at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/69-sql-custom-where-list-and-module.html

You can exclude super users group or only admin id
