You can manage this from plugin options:
- Go to Extensions->Plugins
- Search for "Easy Profile - Social Network"
- Click to the plugin name

You can exclude the admin (by using user id) with the options called "Exclude Users From People List"

sorry, i understood for Social Network member list. For Easy Profile menu items you can set static filters with the parameter called "Custom SQL Where" (in menu item parameter).

you should insert it into menu item option (not phpmyadmin), follow these steps:
- Go to Joomla administration
- Go to Menus->All Menu Items
- Search for "members"
- Click to Members menu item
- At the end of the section "User List Options" there is the correct parameter (see screenshot)
