Hi,
see screenshot, this is what I see with Excel. There is a strange char at the start of first column.

delete "email" (with some more backspace) from first row with a simple text editor and rewrite by hand.

I don't know why, but server read this char as my Excel. Probably some charset incompatibility. Anyway you can simply delete and write by hand first line to fix this.

we see strange char also on this new file, I think this is a incompatibility with OS charset or something like this. Anyway we will investigate and release some fix to avoid this problem.

sorry but I not understand your question, parsecsv.lib.php is a library that help our import plugin to parse CSV, you do not import this file.
