Is there a way to show data that is for information only like a field only it would obviously not have a field for collecting data. For example:
"Your image must be less than 340px wide and no more tha 175px high at 120dpi and be less than 60kb in size. JPG, PNG and DNG are accepted."

Sometimes, the tooltip is just not the place to try to provide additional information.

Any suggestions for this would be much appreciated.
