Resolved how to setup to my custom field?

1.How to setup checkbox option if choice "others" can to display input text area to input others data?
2.if set text area to input data, can to set another text area auto display input infomation?
- if I need to iinput text1 & text2 and set option let user can to choice textbook-2 same to textbook-1
So,user don't need to input same info again.
how to setup field? or can't to do.

Hi,
1) Follow these steps
a. create a field checkbox field with these options:
opt1|Option 1

opt2|Option 2

....

other|Other

b. create a text area field to input others data
c. edit checkbox field and set condition like (see screenshot): if this field contain*** custom value "other" then show "Other text area" field

2) Sorry but I have not understood, can you explain me better?


*** we use contain because checkbox field type can contain many values.
