This plugin uses the same language constants of Joomla Articles, so you should have it already translated.
If you want to translate the title of the tab then you can set a language constant as Tab title in plugin options (Extensions->Plugins->Easy Profile - Articles Tab). After this from Extensions->Languages->Overrides you can set a translation for each language.
