Resolved How to translate Options list in Radio field?

Good morning.
I'd like to know how to translate the options list in a radio field.
I can just put 0|yes and so on....but what if the answer could be in 2 languages, like YES or OUI?

About Yes and No Joomla already have translation for these string (JYES and JNO), so your options may become something like this: 
1|JYES

2|JNO
