Resolved Image and File Uploads Not Working

Hello,

We are are having an issue in both front and back end where when image fields (both simple and webcam versions) allows us to choose the file. We can also crop and save and the thumbnail appears but when we submit the form the image does not stay and reverts to default or no-image files.

Also, file field uploads do not work.
Nothing is getting logged in error_log.

Any ideas?

Ok, update on behavior: We have a Joomla group named 'Business Accounts'.

When a user is in Registered group uploads are OK
When a user is in both Registered and Business Accounts uploads don't work

I found the problem,
There are some conflict with condition.

You have set if Account type=Business show business field
and if Account type=Personal hide business field

I have disabled second condition because the conditions have 2 way. so if Account type=Business show business field else hide
Now work.

But I found another bug, the conditions not hide image field with Crop & webcam enabled. we fix this in next release.

This solved one issue but seems to have caused another. Now those company fields are not displayed for searching with even though they have search enabled.

Thanks that fixed the issue with those fields missing from the search.

But it brought back a previous issue where updates to the profile don't save that we thought previously was due to conflicting conditions.

If I disable the business condition that adds users to the business group profile updates work.

Actually I did some more testing and I found that on any field if a condition is set to add a user to a group and that condition matches then the user cannot save any changes to their profile.

It doesn't appear to have anything to do with conflicting conditions.
