Resolved Import Database

Hi admin

I want to import 1 file csv, but i don't know to convert excel to csv because i used uft8 for text Vietnamese.
When i save as to csv in excel, Characters transformed about font.

Fields in excel file other with columns in database. They haven't id, username, password. They only have email, firstname, lastname, and field custom value like: address, mobile, sexgender, married, level, country v.v...

I didn't import this file beause it error not have usernam, firstname,lastname...?

Please help me

Hi,
sorry but we does not support conversion from Excel to CSV.
