You my be misunderstanding, I know hoy to use a csv file, if i can find the import function, the module is setup and active, where do i find the import button/

there si not a import button, you can access to plugin via URL, or create a menu item of type System Links->External URL with this link http://retiredgeek.com/index.php?option=com_jsn&;view=import.
