I would like to have social media registration, would i be able to have more optional fields for each user profile and would I be able to notify my users that they have incomplete profile?

Yes, Easy Profile Pro allow you to register users via Social Networks (facebook,twitter,google plus and linkedin).

Yes, you can extend Joomla registration/edit Profile form with custom fields. You can try this with our Free version (only with text field type)

would I be able to notify my users that they have incomplete profile
No, you can only force the compilation of required fields, so when user make login, he will be redirect on edit profile page to fill missing required data. You can try this on our Free version
