Resolved Installed basic version but doesn't works

Hi
just purchased Basic version, installed but i've got this error (see attachment).
Tried to uninstall, but it seems not possible ("Missing Manifest File";).

How to solve?

no problem we will install for you, only one question: have you uninstalled a old version and deleted table manually in the past?
