Hello
i was downloaded StarSnippets plugin to use it for vote system, it gave me a code to use it in other extensions
is there a field where i can paste that code?

You can add this into HTML Delimiter field type ;)

What type code is it? PHP?
if it is a PHP code you should add this into some template override, but you need to ask support to StarSnippets developers.
