Resolved Is it possible to make photo album on profiles?

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to give the profiles some kind of photoalbum. I am not using the social network plugin, because I only want user profiles and no feed wall etc.

The user owning the profile has to be able to upload some photo's/images and it has have a slideshow or album style (with thumbnails and zoomfunction) when you view the profile.

Hi,
yes it is possible but you need to develop some module/plugin to do this (very complex!!).

Easy Profile is mainly a profiler extension, we recommend you to use some gallery component.

Hi, thanks for your quick response.

I see it's possible to let the profile owner upload multiple images, but they are shown beneath one another. Is it not possible to make it like a slideshow?

Easy Profile does not do this. it,s possible by developing some custom module or by using Joomla template override, both alternative require PHP, Joomla devs and JavaScript knowledge.
