Im afraid my customer dont wont to share site details :/ I can send you everythink what you need. See some screenshots below. Now error is reffering to $(...).tooltip.

tooltip is a bootstrap function and it is included into Joomla framework (also jquery chosen). This error tells me that probably you have some conflict with mootools javascript framework, but Easy Profile does not manage this.

Unfortunately we can't replicate this error and no other user has reported this, so without have seen your site, we can't help you. I hope you can understand that for us is impossible

Which Easy Profile version have you installed?

Unfortunately my client don't want to share his website before we finish. I have installed the latest version of Easy Profile. I don't understand, everything works well when Easy Profile is disabled so it has something to do with and causing the conflict.

I know, I ask so much. but if possible, can you create an test site from your main site (from a backup) without customer's informations?

I can do many question about your site, but the truth is that the best way to check javascript's problems is see your site
