Resolved Language to the filetype not changing?

Hy there, i have a silly question: why is the language to the filetype not changing? :)

all other fields seem to have been translated automatic; Also are there any language configuration embedded into the plugin of witch i don't know? :)

Hi,
this is normal, file upload is a simple HTML input, so the the language is chosen by the browser, not by Joomla.

well, ok so can i change the file label from the template? i mean form inside the php? without loosing functionality?
i have another question, this might not have the correct topic: what is the difference between a field that has CORE enabled to another that does not belong to the core? Like advantages and disadvantages

No, this is not possible (see screenshot)

Core status is only a information, all core fields are required and you cannot change status (for example you can't unpublish). You cannot change core attribute.
