Ok, I would really like to purchase this, but I'm not sure why it looks so weird on my site. Seems to have no structure. If I can get it to look like it does on here I will buy it asap. Any help is appreciated!

You encounter this problem in the page profile, edit profile or registration page?

Edit profile/registration pages are the same of Joomla (custom fields come by our user plugin) and Profile page is designed using the same criteria of Joomla profile page and Bootstrap CSS classes. so we do not use much CSS code because bootstrap's classes should be already included in your style file.

Anyway try to enable "Include Bootstrap CSS files" parameter from Easy Profile options.
