Resolved Missing some required fields: Email

I created my csv file as explained and I got this error message: Missing some required fields: Email.

So I copied the csv example from the plugin instruction and I got the same result

can you please send me your CSV file to check the correct format? I does not need the informations about your users but simply a CSV with header and one demo user.
