set principal condition 1: if not equal to 1 hide field selectlist 1
set principal condition 2: if not equal to 2 hide field selectlist 2
set principal condition 3: if not equal to 3 hide field selectlist 3

Thanks for the solution but all selectlists are hidden.

I think I did it in the wrong way, I receved an email from Easy profile which announce us that we can now added 4 Conditions for Field. But I see only one.

if yes please specify if is a production or develop site?

I'll explain (see screenshot):
- You must set "field to compare" on Custom Value
- The custom value of text "mode" is 1 (set in options of a field 1|Mode).
so also for the other conditions

I do not know if I explained well!!
But you can go on "Domaine d’activité" field to see what I changed.

Note: you have a PHP Strict Message on admin page(in Edit Field View), the strict notices not are errors. You can disable strict message in php.ini or change "display_errors" PHP directive in display_errors = Off (Recommended by Joomla).
